Nestled in the Snohomish Valley, Horse Haven Stables is a 17 acre western refuge just a short ride from the Seattle-Everett urban areas. Horse Haven Stables has excellent facilities for full-time boarding for up to 25 horses. With all the modern amenities, it is a wonderful place for you and your horse to be. We have 12X12 matted stalls; two wash racks with hot and cold water; a vet station, and a heated tack room. In addition, we have a 60X120 indoor arena with built-in sprinkler system, and a viewing area for friends and family to watch. There is a heated restroom and coming in Jan 2003 a 100X200 covered outdoor arena.
The owners, Scott and Teresa Owens have 15 years of horse experience, including nine Alaska State bareback championships. They have owned and operated Horse Haven Stables since July 2001. With their knowledge and experience of running businesses and their passion for horses, it makes Horse Haven Stables just as the name says, a haven for horses and their owners.
Grain and Hay are provided, Horses are fed twice daily, Turn out daily, Will switch blankets, Stalls cleaned six times a week, Supplements fed if provided by owner, Full care is $375 per month.
The care of your horse
is our priority. We want your horse to be as comfortable as possible in its
new surroundings. We feed only quality hay and grain according to your
horse's need. A feeding program will be established for the horse's well
being.
If you have a horse that needs to be broke or just needs a tune up, we can accommodate all your needs. Horses are trained with patience, consistency, and repetition. Our professional training is $300 per month plus board. Our lessons consist of basic riding instruction and handling and care of the horse. Lessons are provided by Scott, the owner, for ages 5 and up. Cost begins at $30 per lesson.
