Very good flavor. The kids loved this. We BBQ'd and were very careful not to overcook. I cooked them on a medium heat so they wouldn't dry out. Try again BBQ'd and cook them slowly, I bet you like 'em, Tess!

Update 9/22/08: Do not use fake maple syrup on this recipe. Yuck! Totally changed the flavor. They were too sweet and the sugar kind of crystalized. We did not like it this time around.
