I'm going to withhold my star rating at this point. I'd like to try this again, marinating the whole steak and then grilling it. It was only ok prepared in the marinade. Seemed like an overwhelming flavor for that small piece of meat and it was impossible to get the "doneness" right. It was all well done due to its thinness. [Report message to a moderator]
