16 oz cooked macaroni
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Spray a freezer/oven safe dish. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spoon into dish.

To Freeze: Cover dish with foil and freeze.

To Reheat: Top with breadcrumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour or until heated through.

Really good, but a little salty. Also, don't need the breadcrumbs on top.

One of my favorites. Yes, skip the breadcrumbs and the seasoning salt as well, it gets too salty otherwise. Also, nice to double the cheese sauce as it seems to dry out in the freezer a bit.

My problem with these is that I HATE fake cheese and yes Velveta (sp?) and the like are fake cheese (and/or heavily processed cheesefood). If this could be made with REAL cheese, would prob be good.
