Texas-Style Honey Barbeque Rub Mon, 27 June 2005 23:42
4 6-ounce Beef Top Sirloin -- boneless steaks
1/4 cup Honey
4 cloves Garlic -- minced
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Black Pepper -- freshly ground
2 teaspoons Mustard Powder
2 teaspoons Chili Powder

Rub each steak with one tablespoon of honey. Combine remaining ingredients and rub onto steaks. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes.

To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Defrost. Grill to desired doneness.

I liked the flavor, but a bit spicy for me...maybe less chili powder on my portion. Erik really liked it, though.
