Chinese style chicken wings with tangy sauce Tue, 24 February 2004 20:57
12 Chicken Wings
1/4 bottle Chee-Hou Sauce

The Chee-Hou sauce is available in most Chinese grocery stores in the cooking and condiments section.

Seperate wings at the joints and season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a single layer of wings on a cooking sheet and lightly spray with PAM or cooking oil. Place in oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Turn wings to other side, spray with PAM and bake for an addition 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Once done, remove from oven and brush Chee-Hou sauce over both sizes of wings. Let cool and then eat.

To Freeze: Freeze in a freezer-safe container.

To Reheat: Place a single layer of wings on a cooking sheet and back at 450 (or broil) for about 15 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Brush with additional Chee-Hou sauce.

5 stars! Yum! Just need some extra chi ho sauce to slather on during the reheat and they'd be perfect!
