Erik and I both really liked this one, very good flavor. We made it fresh w/o freezing, so hopefully it's still good when reheated from frozen.

So you guys know I'm not a huge fan of anything fettuccine, but this was tolerable. I didn't think it was very flavorful though. Adding some celery salt seemed to perk it up a little. Liem and Cohen really liked it. I think Hayley agreed with me.

I did add a lid while cooking the chicken, thinking I needed to reserve the juices in the pan to mix with the cream cheese...I'm wondering now, if I'd let a little boil off, it might have been a bit more flavorful as the consistency of the sauce was a bit on the runny side. I'll try that next time.

We really liked this. I followed the instructions (including not letting it boil) and it turned out fabulous! I thought it had good flavor, and the sauce was a good consistency. I did bake it uncovered, so perhaps covering it did make it more watery for Jen. Two thumbs up from this house!
