Beef with Soy Mustard Glaze Mon, 09 February 2004 00:25
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce**
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced fresh ginger root
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
6 8oz steaks

Combine soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, thyme, pepper and rosemary in blender, whir until smooth. Brush both sides of steaks with mixture.

To Freeze: Freeze with sauce.

To Reheat: Broil or BBQ until steaks are done, brushing with extra sauce.

We liked these very much except that they were pretty salty (too salty for Liem). I'd suggest using low sodium soy sauce...I didn't have any so I used regular in this recipe.

UPDATE: Rinsing the steaks made them much better!
