| 1/2 c minced fresh parsley 1/4 c minced red onion
 2 cups medium garlic cloves, minced
 1/4 c red wine vinegar
 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
 1/8 tsp hot red pepper flakes
 salt and pepper
 1 1/2 lbs flank steak

| Combine parsley, onion, garlic, vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.  Season steak with salt and pepper to taste. 
To Freeze: Freeze steak and sauce separately.
 
To Reheat: Grill steak over very hot fire until browned on both sides and slightly less done than you want, about 10 mins.  Place steak in a baking dish and coat with parsley sauce. Cover dish with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.  Serve with remaining sauce.

	| The sauce smelled soooo good but was really super strong.  A bit much.  Maybe if it were cooked to make it more subtle?  Liem didn't like it at all, I scraped off the sauce and just ate the meat, but it was just plain meat then.  Not one of my favorites despite how great it smelled. |  |
