		Four-Star Five-Spice Steak

2 pounds top sirloin or flank steak 
1/2 cup soy sauce 
2 tablespoons minced ginger root 
2 tablespoons minced garlic 
1 tablespoon canola oil 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar 
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes 
2 teaspoons five-spice powder

Mix ingredients in a zip top baggie and place steaks in marinade.
 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe bag with marinade.
 
To Reheat: Grill until done.

	Yum, this is a really good and flavorful marinade. I used half the amount of the red pepper flakes so it wasn't too spicy.

	This one was okay for me.  I would eat it again.  It reminds me a lot of the oriental flank steak.
