1/2 c minced fresh parsley
1/4 c minced red onion
2 cups medium garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp hot red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
1 1/2 lbs flank steak

Combine parsley, onion, garlic, vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Season steak with salt and pepper to taste.

To Freeze: Freeze steak and sauce separately.

To Reheat: Grill steak over very hot fire until browned on both sides and slightly less done than you want, about 10 mins. Place steak in a baking dish and coat with parsley sauce. Cover dish with foil and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.

The sauce smelled soooo good but was really super strong. A bit much. Maybe if it were cooked to make it more subtle? Liem didn't like it at all, I scraped off the sauce and just ate the meat, but it was just plain meat then. Not one of my favorites despite how great it smelled.
