		Taco Chicken Burritos

4 cups Chopped cooked chicken breast  
1 Tbsp 40% less sodium taco seasoning 
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained 
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed 45% reduced sodium 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, undiluted 
8 (8 inch) 97% fat free tortillas 
Cooking spray 
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, divided

Stir together first four ingredients in a bowl. Place tortillas in microwave between layers of damp paper towels; microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or just until softened. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold ends; then roll up. Place burritos, seam side down, in an 11x7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese. Cover with wax paper, and microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melts
 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container
 
To Reheat: Cover with wax paper, and microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melts

	I was not crazy about these.  The tortillas got really soggy during the reheat (mushy!) and the cheese didn't really melt, it kind of burned on.  I think because it was low-fat cheese.  They were ok, not terrible, but not really great either.
