 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 1 teaspoon garlic salt
 1 tablespoon dried basil
 pepper to taste
 1/4 cup water

 |

  |
| Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2 inch size pieces. In a medium bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and basil. Mix well. Put water in a bowl or dish for dipping.
Dip chicken pieces into water first, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

To Freeze: Layer with wax paper in a freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake nuggets for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

*Made some changes to the recipe, please add to your reviews after trying this next batch. Removed Thyme, added pepper, and replaced salt with Garlic Salt.*
