		Carne Asada Tacos

3 lbs of Flank or Round Steak, tenderized if possible 
1/3 C Fresh Lime Juice 
1 Lrg Onion, sliced thin 
3 Tbsp Garlic Powder (I use a few cloves of garlic chopped)  
2 Tbsp Oregano 
Salt and Pepper to taste 
Corn Tortillas

Mix garlic, lime juice, oregano, salt and paper together and pour over meat in a large baking dish.
Place sliced onions on top of meat.
Cover and let marinade int he refridgerator for 24 hrs. 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.
 
To Reheat: Grill until done. Slice and serve with tortillias and pico de'gallo and what ever else you would like with them.
