Southwestern Sugar Cure Rub

1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/8 cup Granulated Sugar 1/8 cup chile powder 1/8 cup paprika 1/8 Cups Granulated Garlic 1-1/2 tsp. dry Basil 1-1/2 tsp. dry thyme 1-1/2 tsp. dry oregano 1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1-1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1-1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container. Use on steak, chicken or pork.
