| This is an adaptation of the Italian Turkey Loaf. 
1 lb Ground Turkey1/2 c shredded mozzerella
 2 Tbls minced, fresh parsley
 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
 2 Tbls tomato paste
 1 tsp Oregano
 1 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp pepper

| Combine ingredients and shape into loaf. 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.
 
To Reheat: Defrost. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until loaf is cooked through.

	| So sorry, but this was pretty awful.  My husband, who often will choke it down, completely refused to eat it.  I ate a slice, but the rest went to the dog.
I can't put my finger on what the issue was, but it was not pleasant. |  |
