| 1/4 cup egg substitute 2 tbsp. ketchup
 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
 2 tbsp. onion soup mix
 1/4 tsp. salt
 1/4 tsp. pepper
 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
 
Sauce6 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
 4 tbsp. brown sugar
 4 tbsp. cider vinegar

| In a bowl, lightly beat the egg. Add 2 tablespoons of ketchup, mustard,
bread crumbs, dry soup mix, salt, and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and
mix well. Shape into an oval loaf .  Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 
In a small bowl,
combine the sugars, vinegar, and remaining ketchup. 
 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container with sauce in a zip top baggie.
 
To Reheat: Defrost. Continue baking at 350 degrees until cooked through.  Drizzle sauce over meatloaf and bake 10 minutes more.
