Carne Asada Beef Kabobs

8 cloves of garlic
2 lbs top round steak
1 onion, chunked
2 peppers (red and yellow)
Carne Asada seasoning

Cut onion and peppers into chunks. Cut beef into 1” chunks. Skewer beef, peppers, onions and garlic. Sprinkle with carne asada seasoning.
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.
To Reheat: Grill until done.
