| 1lb low fat cut of beef, cut into strips. Something like sirloin strips 1 medium onion, finely chopped
 3/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced (if you like)
 12 oz (or one can) low fat beef broth
 8oz  low fat sour cream or low fat plain yogurt
 Corn Starch
 Salt & Pepper to taste
 Egg Noodles (cook when eating)

| Brown the beef strips, set aside
Saute the onion.=20
Combine beef and onion in a pot, add broth and cook until beef is tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste. 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.
 
To Reheat: Thaw in a pot, reheat. Cook the egg noodles. When beef is ready, stir in yogurt (off the heat) and add corn starch to desired thickness. Once combines, add the noodles and heat for a few 
minutes. Serve
