Beef Stew

Stew Meat
Stew Mix Packet
Fresh Vegetables, such as;
Garlic
Onion
Carrot
Potato
Green Beans
Celery

Add some vegetable oil to a stew pot. Brown stew meat. Saute onion and garlic. Add enough water to cover. Boil for 1-1/4 hours. Add the remaining vegetables. Cover partially and simmer until potatoes are slightly under done.
To Freeze: Place stew in freezer containers.
To Reheat: Either defrost or reheat from frozen in a covered pot until potatoes are fully cooked.

Always up for a good hearty beef stew. Just be careful not to overcook the meat. Don't like the tomato based sauces though.
