| 16 oz cooked macaroni 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
 1 can cream of chicken soup
 1 medium onion, chopped
 1 cup velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
 1/2 cup evaporated milk
 1/4 tsp pepper
 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

| Spray a freezer/oven safe dish. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spoon into dish. 
To Freeze: Cover dish with foil and freeze.
 
To Reheat: Top with breadcrumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour or until heated through.

	| My problem with these is that I HATE fake cheese and yes Velveta (sp?) and the like are fake cheese (and/or heavily processed cheesefood).
If this could be made with REAL cheese, would prob be good. |  |
