| Meatballs 3 pounds extra lean Ground Beef
 1 cup  Quick Cooking Oats
 1 cup  Crackers -- crushed
 1/2 cup  Onion -- chopped
 12 ounces  non-fat Evaporated Milk -- (1 can)
 2  Eggs (or 1/2 cup egg substitute)
 2  teaspoons  Chili Powder
 1/2 teaspoon  Garlic Powder
 2  teaspoons  Salt -- or to taste
 1/2 teaspoon  Black Pepper
 Barbeque Sauce
 2 cups  Ketchup
 1/2 teaspoon  Liquid Smoke Flavoring
 1/4 cup  Onion -- chopped
 1 cup  Brown Sugar
 1/2 teaspoon  Garlic Powder

| Combine all ingredients (for meatballs).  Mixture will be soft.  Shape into
walnut-sized balls.  Arrange in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie
sheets. 
Combine all ingredients for barbecue sauce and stir until sugar dissolves.
Store in a jar or Ziploc in the refrigerator.
 
To Freeze: until solid and store frozen Meatballs in freezer bags.
(makes about 80 meatballs).
 
To Reheat: place 20 - 30 Meatballs in a 9 x 13 inch pan and pour Sauce over
Meatballs.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
