| 2 pounds top sirloin or flank steak 1/2 cup soy sauce
 2 tablespoons minced ginger root
 2 tablespoons minced garlic
 1 tablespoon canola oil
 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
 2 teaspoons five-spice powder

| Mix ingredients in a zip top baggie and place steaks in marinade. 
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe bag with marinade.
 
To Reheat: Grill until done.
